I think I know how you feel. My parents want to hang onto some of my shitty paintings too and I am a little embarrassed at how bad they really are.
I think that they do it just to flatter me.

this is very good, you did a great job on the fabric, and the shadows are very good to. I have to take a still life painting class next semester, i never paint, so i am a little nervious. *bite nails*
